I am a 30 years old, happy young chef! I love food, and I am not afraid to say that I love sensational food. I use heirloom varieties of fruits and vegetables and natural ingredients from local farmers, fishermen, gardeners and artisanal producers. My aim is to create quality catering menus for events where people can rediscover the simple pleasures of gathering and eating with produce as close to its source as possible.
The mission of a chef is to use their skills and talents to provide their customers with a refined catering experience. I also passionately believe that good food is crucial to the success of any occassion !
